Couples looking for a clean and decent stay

Everything seemed clean! ! LOVED the Zero products all around, felt really good to use them. The bed was comfy, made it easy to relax after long days.

The location was perfect for visiting Historic Williamsburg! 🌟 The only downside was the hallway carpets needed a serious cleaning.

The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. My room was spacious, complete with a small kitchenette, which made it feel like home. Housekeeping was excellent, checking in daily to ensure I had everything I needed, even for my 5-night stay. I also appreciated the well-maintained decor in the common areas that provided a welcoming atmosphere.

The pool looked inviting, but my timing didn’t allow me to enjoy it due to other guests occupying it.

The staff was friendly and attentive, though the

breakfast area could have been larger to accommodate more guests. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for our family stay. We loved the location, as it provided easy access to local attractions.

The hotel had lovely decor with spacious areas perfect for seniors, and I appreciated the easy access to the elevator, making it a breeze to navigate the lovely lobby and dining areas.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

We had a spacious room that easily accommodated our group of two couples and kids. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Plus, we loved the hotel's amazing indoor pool, which was perfect for family bonding after a day out exploring nearby attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the housekeeping staff offered to restock towels more proactively.

The hotel had a lovely decor and the room was spacious. The easy access to the elevators made navigating the place a breeze. Breakfast options were varied and well-stocked. The coffee was hot and fresh. However, I ran into some issues. The pool temperature felt too cold for my kids, and we expected it to be warmer. The hot water in our room took a while to get going, which was frustrating. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. I noticed the floors weren’t vacuumed thoroughly, and we ran out of coffee during our stay.

perfect base for exploring historic sites and outdoor parks

I loved the fact that this place is just a few steps from the Copper Fox Distillery and less than a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Governor's Palace, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable and convenient. plus, the staff was very courteous and the breakfast was quite nice, which really helped me start my days off on the right foot.

I enjoyed my stay for 3 nights in a spacious room with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, including fresh fruit and make-your-own waffles, which was a hit with the family. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. However, it would be nice to have quicker housekeeping service for replenishing supplies like coffee and towels.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Historic District had beautiful decor with spacious areas that were very easy to navigate. I appreciated the convenient access to elevators, which made moving around the hotel exceptionally senior-friendly.

More seating in common areas would enhance comfort.

The Hampton Inn was an ideal base for my work trip. The location provided easy access to local attractions while allowing for a peaceful retreat after a long day. The room was spacious and well-appointed with reliable Wi-Fi, making it conducive for work. I particularly appreciated the excellent breakfast options, which included a variety of healthy choices and fresh coffee.

The elevator constantly has water on the floor from guests not drying off!!! Hot water supply is nonexistent. it took ages to get a lukewarm shower.
