Clean hotel, efficient and exceptional employees upon check-out. Nice building and brand-new and neat rooms with a nice breakfast. With a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a fridge. Unbeatable location close to all the attractions, in the great area. Again, walking distance to Copper Fox Distillery.

Bed was great. Breakfast great on second day (on first day we got down about 15 minutes before closure Staff friendly and helpful. Helped us find our way around Willamsburg and recommended a great restaurant which was not advertised in their own material. Ad after dinner we made it back in time to watch our CAVS win the NBA championship!
The parts of the bathroom which are the most difficult to clean - the base of the toilet and the overflow hole in the sink - needed attention. I'm sure they'd been cleaned but they needed a very small bush to really get the gunk out. The carpet was clean but frayed at the border of tile and carpet where it gets the most wear, and needs to be replaced. Over all, however, the room was attractive and comfortable.

The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. My room was spacious, complete with a small kitchenette, feel like home. Housekeeping was excellent, checking in daily to ensure I had everything I needed, even for my 5-night stay. I also appreciated the well-maintained decor in the common areas that provided a cute atmosphere.
The pool looked inviting, but my timing didn't allow me to enjoy it due to other guests occupying it.

Nice pool and spa. Good choice for breakfast. The room had a fridge and microwave.
No restaurant in hotel and only one place nearby to eat if you don't have a car. There wasn't enough curtain to cover the window at night. Very odd!
